Digital Skilling: 250 PwDs from the rural community will become digitally skilled independent entrepreneurs, called Samarth SoochnaPreneurs (SSPs).

Digital Entrepreneurship: 250 Rural Digital businesses will be set up, run by these SSPs who will be able to perform digital transactions, maintain digital bookkeeping and monitor their sales Online.

Socio-economic Improvement: 250 SSPs will witness improved sales and higher income from running these digital enterprises, contributing to increased self-esteem and improved
socio-economic conditions overall.

Sustainability of the program: These SSP centres will become self-sustainable in the long run by providing digital training and digital services to community members against nominal charges even after DEF or the government withdraws support.

Ease of Access and Equal Opportunities: 250 Rural Digital access points will be created by setting up these digital resource centres to serve as easily accessible community resource centres for people with different types of disabilities. These centres will be equipped with digital infrastructure catering to universal design principles and disability-friendly assistive technologies to ensure equal opportunities for community members, particularly for PwDs
and the elderly.

Digital Service: 5 lakh members of village/ panchayats will be benefitted per year by availing digital services at these SSP run Centres.

Employment Opportunities: 2.5 lakh+ rural youth will get connected with online job opportunities by learning to search for online jobs, fill in online applications, write emails, and send resumes to potential hiring agencies.

Entitlements and Social Security Linkages: 1 lakh+ rural women to be benefitted with digital opportunities and entitlement linkages, based on their specific needs for different forms of social securities (across caste, gender, religion, age categories).

Scalar Effect: 1000 more PwDs will get empowered at the end of the program as a result of mentorship and guidance from each of the 250 SSPs
